Key Contributions:

• Responsible for carrying out various paperwork required for dispatch of technicians (e.g.: Restoration/New Installation Forms, Survey Forms, Materials Requisition Forms, Daily Time Records, Redline Lay-out, etc.).
• Testing and troubleshooting of modems and related equipment.
• Responsible for the troubleshooting and restoration of client’s connection.
• Assist Third Party Partners for new installation and restorations.
• Responsible for customer premise installation (Wired Installation).
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as progress of the project using Installation and Restoration Tracker.

• Review and ensure the completion and approval of such documents up to closure from the technicians and engineers.
• Store, catalog, and retrieve documents in an orderly manner.
• Assist and provide necessary data in the preparation of the installation and restoration projects completion/closure report.
• Know how to read and interpret engineering designs, plans, and drawings.
• Monitoring of Materials Utilization Report for Modems and Materials.

• Report to SDM Head.
• Safekeep and maintain all SDM operations and Maintenance documents and trackers.
• Monitor and update all documents pertaining to SDM activities.
• Work collaboratively with immediate superior, technical, and engineering teams to maximize productivity and efficiency of assigned administrative tasks.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as instructed by the superior.
• Provide verbal and project progress update to the immediate superior.
