Investor Relations Program

To keep PT&T’s institutional and individual investors, equity and credit analysts, and other stakeholders updated on the financial and operating performance, business developments, as well as other relevant material information, we utilize the following communication platforms for the Company’s IR activities:

1. Quarterly Briefings and One-on-One Meetings

We conduct quarterly briefings for both equity and credit analysts and communicate directly with institutional and individual investors through one-on-one meetings, conference calls, and written communications such as electronic mail.

A livestreaming link via You Tube are also provided to analysts and investors who are unable to attend our quarterly briefings in person. A podcast of the quarterly briefing is also made available in the IR website.

2. Roadshows and Conferences

Throughout the year, our President and CEO, CFO, COO, Investor Relations, and other members of senior management (where appropriate) make themselves available for meetings with institutional investors through pre-arranged company visits, teleconferences, analyst briefings and periodically join investor conferences and non-deal roadshows held locally and internationally to ensure regular discussions with institutional investors.

In 2019, senior management met with institutional investors and fund managers in 11 conferences and corporate day events held in Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and the United Kingdom.

3. Media Briefings

Our Marketing Division engages the media on a regular basis through multiple channels such as media conferences, briefings, news releases, fact sheets, social gatherings, one-on-one meetings, and through third-party consultants. We occasionally support media initiated causes and events that are aligned with our principles and advocacies.

4. Annual Report

Our Annual Report, includes information on our financial, operational, and sustainability performance. As mandated by management, we engage an independent third-party organization to externally assure our annual reports to confirm the accuracy of our disclosures.

5. Property Tours and Site Visits

We welcome analysts and investors to have an actual visit of various PT&T property developments on a scheduled basis.

In the pursuit of the Company’s thrust to continuously improve awareness of best practices in the conduct of its business and operations especially in corporate governance across the organization, including dealings with its business partners and customers, the Company constantly update its website, www.ptt.com.ph, with a section dedicated to Investor Relations and Corporate Governance.

The Investor Relations section houses all information that may be required by the investors, shareholders, and stakeholders. The site has been enhanced to be user-friendly and is accessible to the public at all times.

When is PT&T’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) and how do I participate?

PT&T’s ASM typically takes place in June. Stockholders are notified of the exact time and location in writing in advance and may either attend in person or submit their proxy voting forms.

Does PT&T pay dividends?

PT&T has not declared any dividends for its common equity in the last two (2) fiscal years. PT&T is not in a position to declare dividends due to its accumulated deficits as of December 31, 2019. Moreover, PT&T is undergoing rehabilitation and should first settle its obligations before it can declare any dividends to its stockholders.

What is PT&T's update on its Corporate Rehabilitation?

On August 2009, PT&T filed a petition for Corporate Rehabilitation due to external factors going against the company. After eight years, on December 2018, PT&T is officially out of a court-assisted Corporate Rehabilitation and was granted an early exit (initial target by April 2025) by the Rehabilitation Court confirming that the company substantially complied with its August 2018 Order, allowing PT&T’s exit from rehabilitation subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.

What is PT&T's update on its Voluntary Suspension of Trading?

On January 1990, PT&T listed its shares with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE:PTT) for the trading of its common shares but requested voluntary suspension of trading effective December 2004. The company currently has been working aggressively towards the resumption of trading of its stocks. PT&T’s market capitalization as of end-2019 stood at US$9.8 million.
