• The Corporate Lawyer will assist the Assistant Vice-President of the Corporate Affairs Group and the Corporate Secretary in preparing legal opinions and other legal documents, including company policies, contracts, disclosures, and pleadings.
• The role will also require monitoring of the company's compliance with regulations issued by government agencies, including the National Telecommunications Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and the Philippine Stock Exchange.
• The Corporate Lawyer will also be tasked to review and draft contracts, support various departments in contract negotiations, and provide legal support and guidance in administrative investigations involving company employees.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a corporate lawyer and/or litigation associate in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law (due diligence, corporate housekeeping, corporate disclosures, and compliance) and litigation.
• Strong experience in commercial contract review and negotiation.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, legal drafting skills, and business-oriented thinking.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with members of other business units.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
