Effective February 15, 2026, the Board has approved a leadership appointment to ensure a seamless transition and sustained momentum across the Company’s key initiatives.
The Board has appointed Mr. Jeffrey E. Julian, currently Vice President – Chief Technical Officer (CTO), as Acting President of PT&T. Mr. Julian will concurrently fulfill both roles as Acting President and VP – CTO while the Board completes the selection process for a new President and CEO.
Mr. Julian has served as PT&T’s VP – CTO since June 2019 and continues to lead the Company’s technical operations with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and end-to-end project delivery. Prior to and alongside his work at PT&T, his project leadership includes major industry programs from major telecommunications units which modernized telecommunications systems and improve network systems in the Philippines.
Mr. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas (1992–1997) and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at the same institution, where he is in the thesis stage of the program as part of his ongoing professional and academic development.
