Key Contributions:

  • As a Sales Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be to manage and cultivate relationships with enterprise clients by ensuring accurate and timely data management, generating insightful reports, and proactively coordinating with clients to optimize channel performance and drive mutual growth.
  • This position is vital for facilitating effective communication and collaboration between various departments, ensuring seamless coordination of new, upsell, cross-sell, upgrade, and renewal opportunities.

On a Typical Workday, You Will:

  • Sales Support: Assists the sales team in preparing and delivering sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for fixed broadband services to clients.
  • Order Processing: Manages and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely provisioning of fixed broadband services.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintains organized and up-to-date sales records, customer contracts, and relevant documentation related to fixed broadband services.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzes sales data, customer trends, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the fixed broadband department.
  • Sales Reporting: Generates regular sales reports and performance metrics for the fixed broadband department, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align carrier strategies with business objectives and ensure effective coordination and communication.

What Makes You a Fit for this Role:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in sales and customer handling roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry or a related field
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical and business issues.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Strong knowledge of fixed broadband networks, infrastructure, and connectivity technologies.
  • Familiarity with carrier operations, interconnectivity, and network peering.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements.
