Key Contributions:
- The Right of Way and Site Acquisition Staff is under the Network Engineering, Operations, and Build (NEOB) and under the supervision of the ROWSA Manager.
- The ROWSA Associate will collaborate with the ROWSA Manager to ensure the timely acquisition of permits and payment of all node rentals, utility bills, pole rentals, and other fees.
- Ensure timely, proper submission, and documentation of all Request To Attach (RTA) requests.
- As a member of the ROWSA Management team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing access to sites for network infrastructure deployment. Your responsibilities will include liaising with external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing site access processes to support efficient network expansion.
What Will Make You a Fit for this Role:
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related courses.
- At least one (1) year of relevant and strong exposure to negotiating with decisionmakers (i.e. building admins, LGUs, etc.)
- Background in sales, liaising, or real estate
- Working knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge on the use of Google Maps or other navigation applications
- Proactive and has a good command in written and verbal communication skills in English or other languages/dialects
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple site access projects concurrently
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address site access challenges effectively

- Proven experience in site acquisition, site access management, or related roles within the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and zoning regulations related to site access and infrastructure deployment in the Philippines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams
and external stakeholder
